- Pacific Centre, 478-8357. Regarding costs, this service provides a sliding scale.
- Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Some parents may not realize they can receive this program through their place of employment.
- Western Communities Mental Health, 391-2223. This is a free service for families. There is often a waitlist. Referrals usually involve a mental health component.
