The School District policy and regulations require the following be completed and submitted at the school office:

- Volunteer Drivers require:

- Valid vehicle insurance with a minimum $2,000,000
- Driver’s license
- Drivers Abstract
Criminal Record Checks
School District 62 requires a new criminal record check every 3 years. A criminal record check can be obtained online.

There is no charge for the criminal record check, however, you may be asked by the Ministry of Justice to provide fingerprints and there is a fee for this. The fee varies depending on where you are required to have them done.
The clearance letters can take from a few days to several months to process. They are issued to our Office Manager in the school office.
Driver’s Abstract
School District 62 requires a new Drivers Abstract every 3 years. A Drivers Abstract can be obtained free of charge from ICBC by one of these 4 options:
