Cops For Cancer Visit

We are excited to be a stop on this year’s 25^th anniversary of Tour de Rock!  The riders will be visiting us on Wednesday, October 5.  We will be having a few fundraisers to help raise funds for the riders, who are fundraising in support of children and families living with cancer and the Canadian Cancer Agency.  Mme Adamek, one of our kindergarten teachers, has volunteered to shave her head if the John Stubbs community can raise $2000 or more.  Our first fundraiser is on Tuesday, September 20.  Mme Millar’s class is hosting a bake sale.  Treats will be sold at recess at a cost of $1-$4.  Thank you in advance for your support!
